Trans-organization Performance Management
A major municipality recognized that, with each of its 30+ agencies creating their own strategic plans, there were unnecessary gaps in service and misaligned priorities impacting the community. A shared performance management model had been created, but there were issues with its complexity and perceived need, and trust among stakeholders. We partnered with Terracon Consultants to assess system readiness and change management strategies to implement the model. Goodies included: stakeholder interviews and focus groups; customized readiness assessment and change management model; training, facilitation, and coaching for managers and leaders.
