Denise is an organization development professional specializing in transformational change. She believes in co-creating practical, culture-specific solutions: developing new or existing capabilities by transferring knowledge and skills, leveraging employee leadership and participation, and fostering inclusion to build trustful working relationships. Known for organizational puzzle-solving and execution, her areas of expertise include: organization design, change management, inclusion, leadership development, and communication.
Denise has a MSc in Organization Development, a BA in English, and is a certified project manager. She is also certified to administer leadership competency assessments by the Center for Creative Leadership.
